  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. 
  2. SPONSOR: Nixon Education Supplies, dba of Nixon Speech and Language LLC, https://nixoneducation.com
  3. ELIGIBILITY: 
    • Nominated institutions must be verifiable PreK-12 schools/districts (public, private, or charter schools). 
    • Individual nominators (teachers, parents, homeschoolers) are eligible for the Bonus Draw regardless of institutional affiliation. 
  4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: Begins May 10, 2026 at 1 PM EST and ends May 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. 
  5. HOW TO ENTER: 
    • Top two prizes: Comment on our official social media on FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, BlueSky, YouTube, TikTok, or website launch of the Giveaway with the School/Program Name and City/State you are nominating. And!!! Complete the official entry form!
    • Three bonus draw packages: While completing the official entry form, just select yes that you agree to be entered into the bonus draw as an individual reviewer!  
  6. PRIZES and RETAIL VALUE:
    • One (1) Grand Prize: A “Full Classroom Makeover” including 20 Lower Case, 20 Upper Case, and 20 Math-MATics Mats with corresponding letter/number sets. ARV: $540.00. 
    • One (1) Second Prize: A “Small Group Bundle” including 10 Lower Case, 10 Upper Case, and 10 Math-MATics Mats with corresponding letter/number sets. ARV: $285.00. 
    • Bonus Reviewer Draw (3): One (1) of each mat type (Lower, Upper, Math). ARV: $28.50 per winner. Winning a Bonus Draw prize does not disqualify your nominated school from winning the Grand or Second Prize. 
    • As all individual prizes are below the 2026 federal reporting threshold of $2,000, no IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued. Winners are responsible for all applicable local/state taxes.
  7. WINNER SELECTION: Random drawing on or about May 11, 2026. Odds depend on entries. 
  8. UGC & TESTIMONIALS: By opting in on the entry form, participants grant NES a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use submitted activity ideas and testimonials in marketing materials and the “Activity Guide,” with creator credit provided. Opting in is not required for entry. 
  9. FTC DISCLOSURE: Bonus Draw winners must disclose the gift in any social media review using #AlphabetMatsPartner, #MathMATicsPartner or #gifted. 
  10. PLATFORM RELEASE: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform (e.g., Meta (FaceBook, Instagram, or Threads), YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, or BlueSky. Participants release all platforms from any and all liability related to this Giveaway. 
  11.  PRIZE DELIVERY: 
    • Institutional Prizes (Grand & Second): These prizes are donated to the winning educational institution. To accommodate summer breaks or school closures, the Sponsor will coordinate with the Nominator to determine the safest delivery address (School or Nominator’s home). If shipped to a Nominator’s home, the Nominator agrees to take possession and ensure the materials reach the school upon reopening. 
    • Individual Prizes (Bonus Draws): Bonus Draw prizes are awarded to the individual Nominator for their personal or professional use. These will be shipped directly to the address provided by the individual winner (Residential or School). 
    • Verification Requirements: All potential winners (Institutional and Individual) must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a valid shipping address within the fifty (50) United States or Puerto Rico. Failure to provide a verified address will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. 
  12. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS: The Sponsor will cover all shipping costs for all prize tiers via standard USPS Priority (estimated 1-3 day delivery, not guaranteed) or UPS 3-Day Select, whichever is more cost-effective based on the destination. Tracking information will be provided to the winner upon dispatch. The Sponsor is not responsible for any carrier delays, weather interruptions, or misdeliveries once the prize has been accepted by the shipping carrier. 
  13. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

    Stephanie here! Thank you for leaving your entries and comments below! My mother worked so hard to ensure she used best practices to teach children how to read. I still remember her driving back and forth to Houston for the Alphabetic Phonics training back in the early 1980s!!!!
