Help us honor the birthday of our founder, Debby Nixon! She started our company in 2002 with a passion for creating high-quality, hands-on learning tools. To honor her legacy this May, we’re giving back to educators at Pre-K through 12 schools across the United States.

ELIGIBILITY:
- Open to residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older.
- Nominated entities must be verifiable public or private schools (PreK-12), school districts, or specific programs… located within the fifty (50) United States, D.C., Puerto Rico, or at U.S. Military installations (APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: April 30, 2025 at 6 pm EDT and ends May 10, 2025 at 10:00 PM EDT.
HOW TO ENTER:
- Enter by posting a comment on an official Giveaway announcement post published by the Sponsor on one of its official social media channels (see above)
- Comment must nominate an eligible institution by including the School Name, District Name, or Program Name, along with the City and State.
- Limit one (1) entry per person per nominated institution, regardless of the number of platforms commented on. Multiple nominations for the same institution by different eligible individuals are permitted. Mention automated/duplicate entries will be void.
Prizes:
- One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: 25 Lower Case Mats & Letters, 25 Upper Case Mats & Letters, and 25 Math-MATics Mats & Numbers. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $562.50.
- One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive: 10 Lower Case Mats & Letters, 10 Upper Case Mats & Letters, and 10 Math-MATics Mats & Numbers. ARV: $225
- No substitution, non-transferable, Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal/greater value if needed. Taxes (if any) are winner’s responsibility.
WINNER SELECTION:
- On or about May 11, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected first. The potential Second Prize winner will then be selected from the remaining eligible entries. The Grand Prize winner is ineligible to win the Second Prize.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION:
- The Sponsor will attempt to notify the individual who submitted the potentially winning entry (the ‘Nominator’) via Direct Message (DM) on the platform where the entry was submitted.
- Nominator must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt.
- Nominator must provide contact information for a representative at the nominated institution. Sponsor will contact the institution to verify eligibility and obtain the official shipping address. Failure to respond, provide information, or verify eligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
- The winning schools will be posted to FaceBook on or before May 31, 2025 at 10 pm EST
PRIZE DELIVERY: Prizes will be shipped only to the verified address of the winning eligible institution within the eligibility area.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Participants agree to release Nixon Education Services and all affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation or prize. This includes issues with the entry process, the prize itself, or any use or misuse of the prize. Participants further agree to waive their right to sue Nixon Education Services and our Affiliates. We are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
