Our Nixon Education Alphabet Mats (upper case) are a tool for teaching the alphabetic principle including symbol-sound/sound-symbol recognition. These mats can be used to help learners recognize and sequence letters. The back of each mat has a missing letters so learners can move the letters to fill in the “blanks”. On our upper case mats, we include ASL signs for the letter names in the header.
Mats are 11×17, professionally printed and laminated.
3D plastic letters are now sold only as add ons.
